Through Full Court Resolution No. 008-2023-SUNAFIL/TFL, the Labor Inspection Court declares as new interpretative administrative criteria of obligatory observance the details contained in numerals 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 20, 22 , 24, 29, 30, 35 and 36 of the aforementioned resolution, for the entities of the Labor Inspection System, in addition to those provided by Full Chamber Resolutions.
