- “Customers” Personal Data Bank:
- Establish and maintain communication with clients to provide information about legal and other services offered by EBS.
- Submit content of a general legal nature that may be relevant or of interest to customers.
- Disseminate and send informational or promotional communications, such as newsletters, invitations to events or publications linked to the study's services, provided that the owner has given his express consent.
- Personal Data Bank “Workers”:
- Collect the personal data of workers to carry out human and administrative resource management; as well as to comply with work obligations.
- “Providers” Personal Data Bank:
- Collect and process personal data from service providers to fulfill the professional or contractual relationship.
- “Applicants” Personal Data Bank:
- Manage and develop the recruitment and selection processes of EBS personnel.
- Retain applicants' information for future employment opportunities, with the applicant's specific consent.
EBS will store the information collected for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described below, and will securely delete or anonymize your information once that purpose has disappeared or the storage period has expired, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulations.
EBS recognizes your right to object to the processing of your personal data when you consider that the information provided is not related to the above-mentioned purposes or when it is not necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contractual relationship. This is without prejudice to your right to revoke the previously granted consent at any time or to exercise your right of opposition in accordance with applicable regulations.
IV. ARCO Rights
ARCO rights constitute a set of powers aimed at ensuring the protection and proper management of personal data, allowing you to maintain control over your information. The Personal Data Protection Regulations recognize these rights to ensure that the processing of your data is carried out properly.
Through the exercise of ARCO rights, you may submit requests regarding the following rights:
- Right of Access: It allows you to obtain the information about yourself that is being processed, the way in which your data were collected, the reasons that motivated their collection and at the request of whom the collection was made, as well as the transfers made or what is expected to be done with them.
- Right of Rectification: It empowers the owner to request the modification of personal data that are partially or totally incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate or false. This right includes the updating and inclusion of information.
- Right of Cancellation: It allows you to request the deletion of personal data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected, or when the authorized period for their processing has expired. Cancellation will not proceed when there is a legal obligation to keep them or when the relationship between the owner and the person responsible so requires.
- Right of Opposition: It gives the owner the possibility to request the restriction of the use of their personal data when they are used for unauthorized purposes, provided that there is no legal provision to the contrary. IV. Exercise of ARCO Rights

- Power of attorney with a legalized signature no longer than thirty (30) calendar days, if the request is submitted
- Other documents you consider necessary.
The deadline for response to Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition requests is ten (10) business days, while Access requests will be answered within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days.

If you consider that you have not been properly addressed in the exercise of your ARCO rights by EBS, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP), by contacting the Bureau of Parties of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights located at Calle Scipión Llona No. 350, district of Miraflores, province and department of Lima.
V. Amendments to the Privacy Policy
EBS is entitled to revise, modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time, unilaterally and discretionally, without the need for prior communication, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Regulations.
